Refunds and Exchanges

We are a custom jig shop. Every pure poison jig is made by hand, one at a time. We guarantee that no product leaves our shop with terminal defects, period. Therefore, we do not give refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Time

We pride outselves on delivering orders as promptly as possible for each and every one of our valued customers. If you need products delivered on a time line, call our phone number to obtain an estimated date of delivery prior to placing your order. We fill all orders first come, first served regardless of size or cost of order.
