Rumors of it's unusual appearance, extreme action and fish catching ability began on fishing forums,  in quiet corners of a few well connected bait shops,  and in hushed conversations far away from the scales late last summer.   Description of the bait and it's ability to float worm hooks,  stand 90 degrees upright on shakey heads, and seemingly move while being deadsticked made many shake thier heads in doubt, and poke fun at the wild eyed few who claimed to have seen it.  Requests to Area 51 for free samples to " test" or to get a look at it were ignored.  A photo was leaked and the name  creepy crawler was attached.  Then calls to our shop asking for the " x-5 creature bait came"    No comment from us.   Till now...     Part worm, part terrestrial, part craw,  all creature.  Every curve bump and wrinkle on this bait serves a purpose that when combined give this bait a unique action big toad bass just want to eat.
