This jig went by it's code name Viper for 9 months of testing by  two carefully selected friends of PPJ who were not members of our staff.  It was tested deep in the mountains of North Carolina on Hiawassee Lake out of sight of prying eyes.  We call it "need to know"  and my Murphy guys helped me perfect it.  The Viper flipping jig is the most venomous little package we could muster in a compact low profile flipping type head.  It has all the features you want in a flipping jig including a 60 strand skirt,  a flattened dorsal surface to stir up the mud,  rounded nose edges  to deflect off cover, and when they bite it,  it bites back with an attitude with a flat eye 5/0 lazer trokar hook.  It caused bruiser spots and smallies to cower in shock as they took multiple boat rides to the hanging dog ramp for weigh in and caused one trip to the local Emergency department to have it removed from someones flip flop shorn foot where it earned it's name because" it bit me like a rattlesnake"  the test staff member reported. If you like to dole out close range punishment and complimentary livewell stays this is your ultimate flipping machine.     sold in packs of 3
